Breaking the Self Promotion Rules
It's time to break everything!
Some of you know I've been working on a new version of Tiny Barbarian, and that I've been threatening to ask for your money on Kickstarter for the past couple months. That time is finally here!

Here's a youtube clip!

If you missed it last time I mentioned it, Tiny Barbarian was a little game I made in Game Maker a while back, and I've been thinking ever since about more stuff to do with the little guy, so I started a new game in the Astroman engine and it's got a lot more stuff in it, like riding around on snarly cats, hitting gnomes until gold comes out, more juggleable enemies, etc. I heard some of you have jobs, so if you'd like to chip in a bit to support it, I'd really appreciate it!

Re: Breaking the Self Promotion Rules
Yeah, I'm kinda jazzed! Hopefully it'll contribute a pretty good spike!
I check twitter for Tiny Barbarian posts pretty frequently and Kotaku is kind of funny because it gets picked up and retweeted by all these other news sites, but I wonder how many of them are real ones that people actually look at and not just news-regurgitating scripts. They don't add any of their own content, it's kind of weird.

It's at 94%! It's so cloooooooose! If you happen to frequent any other forums that are, ah, more active, now would be a great time to mention it there!
Also I got on Tiny Cartridge. They told me they were planning on mentioning the game "any time now" before I sent them the gif.

Glad to see you made your goal! I donated pretty early, and I can't wait to play the game when it's finished.

Re: Breaking the Self Promotion Rules
Seriously, this is awesome and I didn't even have to pony up more money for a Mac version.
Best of all possible worlds.
