I was probably like 12 at the time of these games coming out, if that. It took me like 2 years to save up 200 dollars for a Saturn, my cousin then convinced me to buy a PS2 instead. Despite me now hating Sony, it was probably a very good decision. Even if I got a Saturn back then, I bet I would have missed all the great games on it anyway, I never would have boughten Panzer Dragoon Saga or Burning Rangers. I would have probably just boughten cartoonish platformers that I thought looked neat.

My brother bought both games when they came out. And brought one of them home early since he worked at Babbage's (now renamed Game Stop and is run by sophathic little hate mongers in khakis).
So...I had no reason to buy either...until EG stabbed me in the back my just deciding he was going to move out and happen to take the Saturn and all the games along with him.
I was hurt. I mean, it's like giving a kid a puppy for a year and then taking him down the street and giving him to the other little boy without a playmate. You just don't do it! REMI! WHERE ARE YOU?!?!

I missed out on an entire generation of consoles due to having no money. I never owned a Saturn, PS1 or an N64.
The first post-Genesis console I bought was my Dreamcast, which I bought "used" from some guys who probably stole it. I responded to an ad in the paper, and when I got to their apartment to pick it up, there was no furniture in there -- just three guys, three sleeping bags, three computers set up on the floor, and a couple of piles of unopened consoles and software. But then, they said the Dreamcast and games were a "christmas present" that they didn't want....

Annoyingly enough, the opposite happened to me. I used to have a bedroom full of lego, which I was very fond of, until the day I walked in on my dad who was busily scooping it into a large tub. "What in the name of boris yeltsin's liver are you doing?" said I, or at least the 8 year old equivilant of that. "Oh, you know jack, your cousin? Yes, that's right, the one you hate. Well, he's just turned 4, and your uncle says he likes lego, so I decided to give him half of yours."I'm going to do the same thing to my sister. IT'S ALL MINE!
Oh.
Unfortunately, there was no reasoning with dad, who posseses a dangerous combination of absent minded stubborness. Which is why, when I leave, I'm taking the house.

Time Stalkers (which I actually liked, and was the only person in the world, but I won't be playing it ever again), Bomberman Online (sucked), Power Stone (I liked it, but the sequel is all I'd ever play again), Marvel vs. Capcom (ditto), MDK2 (never finished it), Virtua Fighter 3 TB (what a disappointment), and Rainbow 6.

I got my mega drive off of a friend who's sister half owned it. I don't think she ever saw her £10 of the 20.
I picked up Sonic R for £2 because GAME was having a sale. I spent a day and a night on it. So I got about 10 hours play for £2, if only those hours for price applied to new games...*(thats 5 hours of £1, so a £40 would get you 200 hours)
Is there a way to lan up sonicnR on the pc?
*For the stupid people.

In case anyone's interested, I've also decided to part with Bug Too! (sucked), Virtua Fighter 2 (I have MegaMix, and don't have enough memory on my Saturn for a save), and World Series Baseball '98 (got it for free in a contest I won) on Saturn. Also Evolution (liked it, actually, but never again) on Dreamcast.
I'm not getting rid of, but probably won't be playing Ecco: Defender of the Future or Virtual On: Ontarintitotangramsamaman, and Crazy Taxi 2, but if somebody wants to give them a better home and pay shipping, I'm cheap.
