Heh, when I applied at Albertsons to be a bagger/cart bitch, afterwards I got asked all these questions. You have to go to the store and fill out a computer application and they ask you all these questions and you have to Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree or Strongly Disagree. Afterwards the Manager gets two colors, Red/Red through Green/Green. I don't think they are allowed to higher anything worse than a Orange/Yellow or something. Anyway I got Red/Red the first time. The manager of the store thought the application was the dumbest thing ever so he basically told me he was gonna delete my application and he wanted me to fill it out again, only this time put all Strongly's. I did it again, and kept it mind what Albertsons wanted to hear and ended up with a Green/Green. Good Times.

Do you like being in a crowd? Do you have a short temper?

Mainly stuff that pertained to things I would have to be doing during the job. The manager didn't care about the results though, he hated those questions.
