I've got that one, and a little Eggman and Espio. I got them for free when I went to Phuket [Poo-Ket] and whined that the UFO Catcher was a piece of crap :)

It was some crazy price that could have been sufficient to feed 10 poor African villages each full of 100 children for a month.
